Women’s Artistic Gymnastics at Saltos
Saltos Gymnastics offers a comprehensive Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) program designed to develop athletes through the Canadian Competitive Program (CCP) and Xcel pathways.
Our CCP program follows Gymnastics BC’s Level 1–10 system, providing a structured, progressive approach that supports gymnasts at every stage. This program emphasizes strong foundational skills, smooth level transitions, and individualized athlete development, allowing gymnasts to advance at their own pace—even moving through multiple levels in a single year if ready.
The Xcel program offers a more flexible alternative to CCP, ideal for gymnasts who want to compete without the higher time and technical demands of traditional training. Open to athletes aged 6 and up, Xcel provides a fun and rewarding team environment with opportunities to compete and grow. Bronze-level gymnasts learn set routines, while Silver and Gold athletes receive personalized routines tailored to their strengths.
Both programs give gymnasts the chance to attend competitions, earn medals and ribbons, and be recognized for their achievements in a supportive, skills-based environment.
